This feature is designed and intended to help support the fundraisers when they engage with data savvy supporters. Everybody wants to make sure that their data is being appropriately handled and the brand fundraiser should be able to provide the supporter with every confidence.

TAAP F2F allows requires the Findraiser photo be taken at the point they are being trained on the system. This then allows the Fundraiser when capturing the Supporters details to check the identity of the person collecting the supporter details.

This exists to help reassure the supporter that the person they are talking to is legitimate and working for the organisation they claim to be. Their photo is shown next to the charity logo, charity ID, and registered office.
