User Licensing

We provide User Licensing on a flexible basis so that you can flex your spend with TAAP according to you seasonal requirements. We charge on a flat rate irrelevant of transactional volumes, and numbers of digital processes you might add to the solution.

This is a platform and although we shall initially setup your system for your F2F fundraising activities this can be used for Expenses, Timesheets, Vehicle Checks, Slips and Trips, Holiday Requests, Fundraiser HR Requests and so much more.

Portal Licensing

You have a one time portal setup cost that we charge to fine tune the solution to your requirements, branding, donation amounts, frequency, media files, etc...

Once your portal is setup you are contracted for a minimum of 12 months. This provides you with a securely cloud hosted portal through which all supporter data is collected and available to you for download.

You can then cancel after the first 12 months with 90 days notice.

Technical hosting Details

We use the Microsoft Cloud on which to host your  copy of the TAAP F2F solution. You are isolated to your own database and server, and the data is co-located in a data centre within your country or geographic region. In the UK it is hosted in the UK North or South data centres.

Postcode and Bank Checking

We provide you with Postcode and Bank Check data for offline validation. The data is supplied by industry sources to ensure the data is up to date.

The Address Checking data is charged on a transaction basis across all fundraisers. Our partner lets us charge you in this manner as part of their data licensing policy.

The Bank Checking data is licensed on a per user basis. This data is an annual license and can only be purchased on this basis.
